The Pine Half Newel Base 510mm x 120mm is from our great range of quality pine stair parts.

Half newel bases are square pieces of timber, with a 50mm diameter hole on the top, which is designed to accept a half pegged 120mm newel post.

The length of the newel base determines the overall height of the newel post

Pine stair parts are supplied unfinished. They can be left plain, for a natural finish, but we recommend finishing them by either painting, varnishing or waxing for an enhanced look and to help protect them for longer.
