Hemlock Stop Chamfered Pegged Newel Post

The Hemlock Stop Chamfered Pegged Newel Post is from our great range of top quality hemlock stair parts.

This type of newel post is the perfect solution, when you are keeping an existing newel base in place.

It has a 50mm diameter peg, which will fit into a 90mm newel base. A newel cap is required for the top of the newel post.

Hemlock stair parts are supplied unfinished. They can be left as is, for a natural finish, but we do recommend finishing them. They can be finished by either painting, varnishing or waxing for an enhanced look, that will also help to protect.

The length of the newel post, is a fixed length. The measurement of the post does not include the peg.
